About Grace Lim
Grace Lim enjoys a versatile musical career as a pianist, chamber musician, and vocal coach in the Los Angeles area. Lim currently works with college music students as the Staff Collaborative Pianist and Vocal Coach at Master's University in Santa Clarita. Lim holds two degrees from Rice University (B.M.) in Piano Performance and Music Theory and University of Southern California (M.M.), where she held a teaching assistantship in the area of Keyboard Collaborative Arts. Lim enjoys collaborating with other musicians and is passionate about making music together with fellow musicians and getting to know people during the process. Not only that, Lim loves teaching piano to students of all ages and aims to instill a love for music by incorporating a sense of fun yet balancing that with hard work. She has worked extensively in recitals and masterclasses with renowned musicians, including William Bolcom, Jake Heggie, John Harbison, Jacques Ammon, Ignat Solzhenitsyn, and John Owings. Her mentors include Alan Louis Smith, Jeanne Kierman Fischer, and Yung Mee Rhee.
About Kathy Stokes
Kathy Stokes comes from a family of professional musician and has been teaching piano and voice for more than 30 years. She is an active member of the American College of Musicians (National Guild of Piano Teachers) and is on National Honor Role. She has had many award winning students in piano and voice.
About Timothy Lewis
Timothy Lewis is a classical pianist and music educator and serves as the Program Manager at the La Cañada SOM. As a soloist Timothy has performed in Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, and across the United States, and he has collaborated with Grammy award-winning musicians as well as members of the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Hollywood Bowl Orchestra.
